DISCOVERY CALL
The first step is to hop on a call where we can discuss your project in detail. We’ll talk about your goals, vision, target audience, and any specific challenges you’re facing. This is where I get to know you and your brand, so we can align on the direction and ensure we’re on the same page moving forward.

RESEARCH & INSPIRATION
Once we’ve got a clear understanding of your project, I dive into research. This includes analyzing your competitors, understanding your industry, and gathering inspiration for your design. This helps me identify trends, define your unique selling points, and create a vision for how your website should look and feel.

USER PERSONAS
Based on our conversation and research, I’ll create user personas to better understand your target audience’s needs and challenges. These personas help guide the design process and ensure the website is tailored to deliver the best user experience.

WIREFRAMING
I then move on to wireframing, where I create low-fidelity layouts that map out the structure of your website. This helps visualize the flow and layout before we dive into the details. After approval, I’ll move on to creating interactive prototypes that show the user journey in a more dynamic and engaging way.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Once the wireframes and prototypes are in place, I begin the actual design process, incorporating your brand’s colors, typography, and imagery. After finalizing the design, I move to development, turning the design into a fully functional, responsive website. This stage also includes testing for usability and performance.

LAUNCH & SUPPORT
Once we’ve made all the final tweaks, it’s time to launch the site! I’ll ensure everything is set up for a smooth go-live and provide post-launch support, including any necessary updates or adjustments. I’m also available to help you with ongoing maintenance or future projects as your business evolves.
ABOUT
I graduated from SAIT in Calgary, Canada, with a diploma in Software Development. During my two-year internship as a Front-End Developer, I discovered a deep interest in design and decided to pursue it further. After completing the Google UX Design Certificate, I became dedicated to refining my skills, devouring design articles, books, and resources to build my expertise and create meaningful, user-centered experiences.
Originally from Colombia, I’m deeply inspired by the world around me. I’ve traveled to 19 countries, each experience fueling my creativity and broadening my perspective. When I’m not designing, I’m finding inspiration in music, stories in books and movies, or pushing my limits through Olympic weightlifting training, which keeps me focused (and sane).
